Dell's Alienware brand has introduced the "Aurora R15" as the next version of its Aurora premium desktop offering.

The new Alienware Aurora R15 from Dell features Intel's 13th-Gen Raptor Lake CPU and NVIDIA RTX 40-series GPU.

The new Alienware Aurora R15 is equipped with 240 mm coolers with two 120 mm fans. The computer has five 120 mm fans in total. Earlier Aurora computers featured 120 mm cooling.

Dual-channel memory of up to 64GB is available for RAM. Storage is either a single 4TB NVMe M.2 SSD or a dual-drive configuration with a 4TB NVMe M.2 SSD and a 2TB 7200RPM spinning disk.

The new Alienware monitor from Dell has a WQHD (3440 x 1400) resolution, a GtG reaction time of 0.1 milliseconds, and a refresh rate of 165 Hz.

A modified Z790 motherboard is used to build the Aurora R15, and its design places the PCIe 16x slot closer to the CPU socket to make room for larger GPUs.

The price of the new Alienware Aurora R15 has not yet been disclosed. The Core i5-13600KF CPU costs $294, while the Core i9-13900KF CPU costs $589.
