After more than a year of rumors, Apple finally announced the Apple Watch Ultra. It's a rugged, high-end smartwatch that now sits at the top of Apple's smartwatch line-up.
According to Apple, the new Apple Watch Ultra has a titanium shell and Retina display with a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits.
Apple Ultra Watch has 49 x 44 x 14.4 mm (1.93 x 1.73 x 0.57 in) dimensions and 61.3 g (2.15 oz) weight.
The smartwatch has three microphones for better sound quality, and an adaptive beamforming algorithm is supposed to reduce background noise in noisy places.
Users can immediately begin exercises with the new Action button, change to a new Compass Waypoint, or Backtrack, or check their depth while diving with the new depth gauge.
Apple says the Apple Watch Ultra has a 36-hour battery life. The company believes a new low-power level that will provide 60 hours of battery life.
The Apple Watch Ultra will be priced at $799 (or Rs 89,990) in the US and will be available for purchase on September 23, while the orders for the watch start today.
