Google released a new Chromecast with Google TV with HD picture quality, which is less expensive than the 4K model.
In 19 countries, Chromecast with Google TV (HD) is offered for $29.99 in the traditional snow color. It costs Rs 4,499 in India, but during the Flipkart Big Billion Day Sale, you can get it for Rs 4,199 for a short time.
Chromecast was introduced with a limited number of partners, including Netflix, YouTube, Google Play Movies, and Google Play Music.
This model lets you watch content in Full HD or 1080p quality, which isn't as good as 4K, but most people prefer Full HD over 4K anyway.
You receive it with the oval-shaped remote, which features buttons specifically designated for Netflix and YouTube and allows voice control through Google Assistant.
Additionally, you may add movies and TV series to your "Watchlist" from any compatible device, and when you return home, the list will be ready on your TV.
People may also use Google Assistant to operate their smart home lights or use their Nest Cam to view a live feed of their front door on a big screen.
