Google and Apple have taken down Krafton's Battlegrounds Mobile India from their respective stores after the Indian Government's Order on 28 July, 2022.

“On receipt of the order, following the established process, we have notified the affected developer and have blocked access to the app that remained available on the Play Store in India,” - Google India

Although, there is no official statement from Indian Government or Krafton whether BGMI is permanently banned or not, but there is good probability that it has been taken down for good.
