- Click on the Start Menu, then type the text wsreset.
- Click on that wsreset-Run Command icon so it will reset the cache of your Windows Store.

- Then, in the already opened command prompt, you should type the following command as well. After typing that, you should hit the Enter key as you did with other lines.

- Now, you should reregister the BITS files and the dlll files that are related to Windows Update. You need to enter the following commands in the command prompt window for this. Make sure that you hit the Enter key after each command line you type.

Method #4 Run built-in tools to check the overall system integrity to fix 0x8024001E error
