Step 1: Open Notion app and click on the bottom right corner to create a new page.

Step 4: Scroll down and find ‘Toggle List’ and click on it.

Step 11: Click on the name and change the ‘Property Type’ to ‘Checkbox’.

Step 12: Add more days by clicking on ‘+’ sign next to the day and select their ‘Property Type’ as ‘Checkbox’ too.

Step 13: Once you have added all the days, come to the first column, and add all the activities that you normally do.

Step 14: Your activity tracker is created successfully, and you can access it from the home menu by clicking on the top left button.
