The Moto G Series lineup is upgraded by Motorola as the brand added three new Smartphone t the lineup, Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6, and G6 Play. The new Smartphones are launched to broaden Company’s authority in the mid-range Market.
As per the specifications go, All 3 sets have some similar and some different Hardware and Features
Moto G6 Plus Specifications
The smartphone has 5.93-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels Max Vision IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 630 processor. It has 4 GB RAM, 64GB Storage (expandable upto 128GB). Moto G6 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo. The smartphone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C Port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity light, and a fingerprint reader and a 3200 mAh Battery and supports TurboCharging.
As far as Camera setup goes, it has a dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, alongside Dual Autofocus Pixel technology and an f/1.7 aperture. It also has a 8 megapixel front Camera with LED Flash.
Moto G6 Specifications
The smartphone has 5.7-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels Max Vision IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and Adreno 506 GPU. It has 3/4 GB RAM, 32/64GB Storage (expandable upto 128GB). Moto G6 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo. The smartphone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C Port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has a fingerprint reader and a 3000 mAh Batteryand supports TurboCharging.
As far as Camera setup goes, It has a dual camera setup on the back with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. These sensors are accompanied by dual LED flash. On the front, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel Camera with a selfie flash.
Moto G6 Play Specifications
The smartphone has 5.7-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels Max Vision IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 427 processor and Adreno 308 GPU. It has 2/3 GB RAM, 16/32GB Storage (expandable upto 128GB). Moto G6 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo. The smartphone has an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, proximity, and a fingerprint reader,and has a 4000mAh battery.
As far as Camera setup goes, It has a single, 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and LED flash and 8-megapixel camera on the front, featuring an 80-degree lens that has an f/2.2 aperture.
The Overall Technical Specifications of the Smartphones didn’t impressed as expected. Now, the Only deciding factor for the Smartphones will be the Pricing when they will be launched in India as the mid range segment is already stacked by Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Honor and other brands. Moto must launch the Phones at a decent price for now the international Prices of the Smartphones are $369 for G6 Plus(Roughly Rs24350), $249 for G6(Roughly Rs16500) and $199 for G6 Play(Roughly Rs13000). The Phones are expected to be launched in Indian Market by May this Year, Let’s see how much the New G lineup impresses the Indian Users.
