For raw power, the gaming flagships series are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chipset with a clock speed of 3.36GHz and GPU clock speed 719MHz, which should mean a 5 percent increase in CPU performance and a 5.7 percent increase in GPU performance of the 8S Pro/ 8S Plus.
Well, you might be wondering, isn’t this chip the same as the Galaxy devices? Yes, it is, as this is essentially a ‘For Galaxy’ chipset. Along with the flagship chipset, the custom RedMagic Core 2 chipset makes its comeback as well.

Moving on, the company has incorporated an improved ICE 12 cooling system into the 8S Pro & 8S Pro Plus with 5Wimk thermal paste with an inbuilt fan that will help in heat dissipation. Also, all variants of the flagship series have RGB lighting on the fan.
The Flagships has an aviation-grade aluminum frame and comes in three rear panel options such as Aurora, Midnight, and Platinum, of which the Aurora colorway has a transparent rear panel.
In addition to this, unlike the other two colorways, the Aurora colorway is only available in two configurations.
