After leaks & teasers, Vivo has finally unveiled its Vivo V27 series in India. As we know, the VivoV27 series includes three phones under it, i.e., the regular V27, V27 Pro, and the V27e. The V27 series is the successor to the last year’s V25 series.

As evident, V27e is the most affordable of the V27 series, followed by the regular V27, and then comes the flagship V27 Pro. So let’s look at all three devices & what they offer.

We already know the Design of the Vivo V27 series, so let’s quickly go through it! Both phones of the series have identical design languages, such as a big display with a centered punch-hole and minimal bezels with curved sides—a rectangular triple rear camera module.

Now let’s start with the Specifications of the regular V27 & the V27 Pro.

The V27 & V27 Pro share the same set of Specifications, and the only differentiator between the two handsets is the different Chipset used. Both phones feature s 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120hz refresh rate and FullHD+ resolution. The device has a peak brightness of 1,300 nits.

As for the chipset, This is where the difference is, as V27 is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 7200, whereas the V27 Pro is equipped with Dimensity 8200. Both are 4nm chipsets though Dimensity 8200 has a faster CPU clocked at 3.1 GHz while 7200 is cloaked at 2.8 GHz. The GPU on both the chipsets is the same, i.e., Mali-G610.

The V27 Pro is coupled with 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB RAM & Storage variants, while the vanilla V27 comes in 8/12GB RAM & 128/256GB Storage options. The devices run on FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.

The regular V27 is available in two color options – Emerald Green & Flowing Gold, whereas the Pro is only available in Magic Blue color, which changes its hue under the sunlight.

Onto the optics – Both phones feature triple rear cameras, which include a custom 50MP SonyIMX766V sensor with OIS & f/1.8 aperture, An 8MP Ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP Macro lens, and there’s a Ring Shaped LED Flash next to the cameras. As for the front, there’s a 50MP lens with Autofocus.

Other camera features include Super Night Video, Hybrid Video Stabilization that digitally fixes shakiness in Videos & more.

Vivo V27 & V27 Pro have a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast wired charging support. Other features of the phones include support for both 5G networks NSA & SA, Bluetooth 5.3, and WiFi 2.4GHz to 5Ghz.

The vanilla V27 8GB/128GB is priced at ₹32,999, while the 12GB/256GB variant is priced at ₹36,999.

As for the V27 Pro, 8GB/128GB starts from ₹37,999 and ₹39,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant, and ₹42,000 for the highest 12GB/256GB variant

The V27 series is already up for pre-orders on Flipkart, the Vivo India website & other retail partners

Those who pre-book the devices will get a flat ₹3,000 discount on ICICI, HDFC & Kotak Mahindra bank cards.
