The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max is the first phone to ship with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It is Qualcomm’s most powerful chip right now, and it delivers higher speed for gaming, multitasking, and AI features.
The phone runs on HyperOS 3, which is based on Android 16. This gives a smooth and secure user experience with the latest features.
Displays and Design
On the front, the phone has a 6.9-inch 2K AMOLED display. The main highlight is the secondary display fitted inside the rear camera island.

Cameras with Leica partnership

Xiaomi is keeping the price aggressive compared to Apple.

The top model of the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max is still almost half the cost of the iPhone 17 Pro Max in China.
