We now know many details about the new upcoming gaming console by Sony but the company very cleverly avoided giving any pricing details about the PlayStation 5. But it seems like we now have some idea of the price for the new console as PlayStation 5 price is apparently got leaked on Amazon.

As mentioned, we do not have any idea about the PlayStation 5 price but there are some rumors that suggest that the price will be really high for the console. Well, that doesn’t really make sense. I mean a lot of gadgets are easily priced for USD 1,000 but no way Sony is charging that much for a PlayStation.
Well, many of the people from this field believe that the price for the PlayStation 5 will be most probably around USD 400-500 which appears to be true as a concept designer and tech content creator came across the price leak of PlayStation 5 on Amazon’s French website, which listed the standard model for EUR 499 and the “Digital Edition” for EUR 399.
The page later got removed and the launch date for the console was also listed and it mentioned November 20, 2020 in France.
The Xbox One Series X is expected to be priced at USD 399 and that is a very competitive price for the competition against the PS5. And the USD 499 price for PS5 is very good and if Sony will increase the price, it will face a hard time convincing the users to upgrade to PS5.
