The box contents of both the coolers are almost similar. As soon as you open the box and pull the cooler out, you will see the cooler itself in three unassembled parts, a be quiet! branded screwdriver and an accessories box.
The accessories box contains separate AMD and Intel cooler mounts for the motherboard which can be fitted very easily. Other than that you get a small thermal paste syringe which from our experience can be used twice, if used efficiently.
