Rockstar Games made a decision to shut down both GTA Online, Red Dead Redemption 2 servers in order to honor George Floyd today. The servers went offline only for 2 hours as the Rockstar Games mentioned, they may mention the shutdown once again as the situation in the US is not so good, to support the protest against racism they may take these steps.
The servers are now online of GTA Online, Red Dead Redemption 2 but went off from 11 AM PT until 1 PM PT. Rockstar Games also tweeted about their steps taken to support the Black Lives Matter movement, in which they have clearly mentioned that they have done it to honor the legacy of George Floyd.

Later This Post Rockstar Games asked its followers to show support or give support to the black communities, black-owned businesses, share equal civil rights, and support those who are marching on the streets. For doing this they also mentioned an organization.
