In July last year, OnePlus launched its first-ever premium Truly Wireless Stereo (TWS), which has been fairly well received by users.
Now almost more than a year later, the company seems to be working on the second Gen of the Buds Pro, i.e., the OnePlus Buds 2 Pro, as the specifications of the OnePlus Buds 2 Pro have been leaked.

The Premium Gen 2 TWS is expected to retain the In-ear design like its predecessor, i.e., Buds Pro with silicon tips! The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will feature 11mm & 6mm, dual audio drivers and will offer 69ms low latency.
Just like the Buds Pro, The Buds 2 Pro will feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) though this time, it will have the ability to adjust the noise cancellation intensity based on the background noise automatically. The buds will have 69ms low latency.
The buds have 45dB adaptive noise cancellation, and each bud is said to come with 3 microphones which are expected to offer better voice calls than its predecessor.
The OnePlus Buds Pro is expected to come with Spatial Audio with LJDC 4.0 audio codec. The TWS has a type C port and comes with fast charging & Wireless charging, Bluetooth 5.2, and Google fast Pair & has an IP55 rating for sweat and water resistance.
As for the battery, the Buds Pro 2 can last up to 6 hours on a single charge with the ANC turned ON & up to 22 hours with ANC ON with the case and 9 hours of playback. The buds can last up to 38hours without ANC with the case. Also, the buds can last up to 3 hours with just 10 minutes of charging.
A couple of days ago, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 was spotted with the number E507a on Malayasia SIRIM certification although the certification did not reveal any other information about the upcoming Premium TWS from OnePlus.
Furthermore, a leak by Mukul Sharma claims that the production of the Buds 2 Pro have begun in several European and Asia region, and the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 will launch alongside the OnePlus 11 in Q1 2023.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2 Pricing
There’s no information available at the moment about the pricing of the upcoming OnePlus Buds 2 Pro. Although considering the pricing of its predecessor, which was priced at 9,999 INR, we could expect it to be priced similarly to or slightly higher than the OnePlus Buds Pro.
