The majority of the smartphone companies have their beta programs for testing new stuff on their software and devices. OnePlus is one of them too, it handles their software through three individual streams- Closed Beta, Open Beta, and the MP(official) build. Now OnePlus is inviting testers for its Closed Beta for OnePlus 8 series.

Closed Beta is the group of testers that is the closest to the OnePlus staff and with this group OnePlus aims to get better feedback regarding the software and improve the overall experience for the users. This Closed Beta group also helps them to find bugs in their software so that these problems can be easily rectified.
So this is obviously a very secret group as it is made of some really expert people who are into the testing zone and they get the latest builds and updates months before they actually get released. You will be required to sign an NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) with OnePlus to be a part of the Closed Beta.
OnePlus is now inviting testers for its Closed Beta for OnePlus 8 series and will have 250 people to be a part of it which is the highest ever. So to be a part of it you will have to meet up with the following requirements:
- Use a OnePlus 8 series device (unlocked non-carrier versions).
- Be an active OnePlus community member.
- Be willing to constantly communicate and provide feedback to the OnePlus team on Slack.
Also note, this program will sometimes require flashing builds that require a clean flash, which will cause data loss.
