1. Multiple Logins:
First & foremost you need to check whether your account is logged in to multiple clubhouse accounts or devices at that time. Usually, the clubhouse logs out if the account is logged in somewhere else.
2. Logout & Login to Your Account:
Many issues occur just because of data interpretation with the server or the crashing of scripts associated with your Clubhouse account. This can be solved by logging out & logging in again to recover your data safely with the servers.
3. Clear Cache & Storage:

4. Uninstall & Reinstall the Clubhouse App:
In most cases clearing storage solves the problem, but if not just try to install & reinstall the app.
You can uninstall the app by tapping on it & click uninstall from the pop-up menu. Or alternatively, you can uninstall the app from System Settings.
- Open the Settings app from either the App Drawer or Home Screen.
- Now, navigate to Apps & notifications. (Note: This setting can be different for every other OEM)
- Then, open the All Apps list.
- And now, scroll down to Clubhouse and tap on it t open settings.
- Finally, tap on Uninstall button to remove the app.
Now, that you have uninstalled the app, a reboot would be beneficial, although it is totally optional.
Finally, open Play Store and download the Clubhouse app again and sign with your mobile number.
It will solve any issue with the scripts of files thus giving you a fresher and latest experience.
5. Clubhouse Server Down:
There might be the case that the clubhouse server would be down due to maintenance or some issues.
For that, what you can do is just check out the recent app reports & happenings in the media, and you will get to know the cause.
If not you can mail the dev team & on their media handles.
6. Check Your Network Connection:
There might be the case that your mobile network or wifi might be down or unavailable at that time.
If you are using smartphone that what you can do is, just switch on the flight mode & switch it Off.This will refresh you network connection.
Alternatively, you can change the Mode from LTE to WCDMA & Check the same.
You can check out the network and its strength through proper wifi & network analyzer tools.
7. Change the DNS Settings:
You can also try changing your DNS settings on your device.
- Open the Settings app from either the App Drawer or Home Screen.
- Now, tap on Network & Internet option.
- Scroll down and search for Private DNS.
- Tap on it and switch from Off/Automatic to Private and enter the below DNS address.

That’s it, just save the settings.
8. Refresh Your VPN:
Sometimes the interruption & rerouting of VPN causes unusual traffic.
So, just turn off your VPN and refresh and open it again to solve the problem.
9. Mail the Clubhouse Support:
If the above solution won’t solve your problem, then you can mail the clubhouse support team as there might be some problem with the account or server.
They will also provide you with solutions to development issues & this not only fixes your issue but also the related issue faced by other users, giving them a chance to improve their product.
